End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use

Effective date: July 24, 2026

These terms govern use of the EIC Finance Assistant, a private internal application operated by EIC Agency. By accessing or authorizing the Application, you agree to these terms.

1. Limited internal license

EIC Agency grants authorized EIC personnel a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for approved internal business purposes. No rights are granted to the public or to unrelated third parties.

2. Authorized use

You may use the Application to connect an approved EIC Agency QuickBooks Online company and obtain internal financial reporting and analysis. You must have authority to approve the QuickBooks connection and must follow EIC Agency security and confidentiality requirements.

3. Prohibited use

You may not share access with unauthorized persons, attempt to bypass access controls, use the Application for unlawful purposes, probe or disrupt the service, extract credentials, connect an unapproved QuickBooks company, or use financial information outside authorized EIC Agency activities.

4. QuickBooks authorization

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online only after an authorized administrator grants permission through Intuit’s OAuth process. Authorization may be revoked through QuickBooks Online. Intuit and QuickBooks are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data and confidentiality

Financial and business information accessed through the Application is confidential EIC Agency information. Users must protect it and may disclose it only as authorized by EIC Agency.

6. Availability and changes

The Application is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. EIC Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including availability of Intuit or other third-party services.

7. Disclaimer

The Application supports internal reporting and analysis but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing source records and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

8. Termination

EIC Agency may revoke access at any time. Your authorization ends when your role no longer requires access, when the QuickBooks connection is disconnected, or when EIC Agency terminates the Application.
